Wednesday Night Meal RESERVATIONS
Please fill out this brief reservation form BY TUESDAY at NOON to order a meal for Wednesday Night. Meals are available in the Fellowship Hall from 5-6 PM before JAM kids, FORWARD youth, and ADULT GROUP OPTIONS. Cost is $6 per meal or $25 max/family and includes eNTREE, cookies, and drinks. Meals require a weekly reservation.
